Are You Dressed For the Occasion?

In a world full of distractions, sometimes I find it difficult to concentrate on the task at hand. Even if that task is something I deeply care about.

I think it’s important to let life take you where it may, some like to call it “going with the flow”. But where do we draw the line? At what point do we lose sight of goals we want to achieve, by going with the flow? I realize there needs to be a balance between riding a wave and chasing one, but how am I supposed to figure out that ratio??

When it all comes down to it, my gut tells me that although it’s good to get caught up in life’s moments (because that’s living right?!) I still have this yearning for something…more. I’m searching for that reason to get up in the morning feeling excited about living life, instead of just going through the motions.

Each time I come back to this realization, I remember that I’m the only one who can make it happen. Sure, I have a great support system (you know who you are), but in the end it’s all me. It’s up to me to make sure my life goes where I want it to.

Call me crazy, but by me wearing this kick-ass romper (pictured below) I’ve accomplished a spectacular win in the life of Chancov Showers. Let me explain: this is no ordinary romper you see…it has magical powers. It has the power to make its wearer invincible. Atleast that’s how I feel when I wear it!

So whether I’m going with the flow or chasing a dream I’m conveniently dressed for either occasion. 😉

So ask yourself one question: Are you dressed for the occasion?

Your Friend,

Chancov Showers

P.S. Don’t be afraid of a little thunder and lightning
